Half Hour Massage $40
A half-hour massage that is usually designed for and concentrates on more specific problem areas (target areas) of the body. Example: Head, neck, back, shoulders
Swedish Massage $50
A one hour, full body massage using a lighter touch, relaxation techniques to work the entire body, head to toe. Pamper yourself and let your tension melt away.
Therapy Massage $55 ,$70, $90
This is a customized therapeutic one hour massage. Once your needs are accessed this massage will soothe your muscle pain and fatigue while reducing body stress. Research shows that a massage like this can improve muscle tightness, circulation and restore your energy levels.
Deep Tissue Massage $70
A more intense one hour plus massage using specialized techniques to penetrate and release the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It is used for more tone bodies that have a tendency not to relax with normal massage techniques.
Aromatherapy Massage $60
This one hour massage takes a more natural holistic approach using a special blend of essential oils and massage crème for a specific purpose. Example: relax with lavender and chamomile, energize with citrus and mint and rejuvenate with lemongrass and clary sage. Aromatherapy helps to naturally relieve many symptoms including sinus congestion, headaches, tension, stress, congestion, PMS, fatigue and more.
There are two types of stones used in Massage Therapy: Basalt and Marble:
Basalt stones are modified igneous rock that is formed by volcanic and sedimentary action. Basalt is the most abundant of the volcanic rocks, especially plentiful in those regions that have undergone volcanic disturbance with geologically recent times. Used in the hot stone massage.
Marble is metamorphic rock that at one time was nothing more than the muck at the bottom of oceans when the oceans of the world were not where they are today. Used as one of the techniques in cold therapy massages.
Cold Therapy Massage $60
This half hour treatment is specifically targeted to help sufferers with headaches including migraine, tension, allergies and sinus pain. This treatment is also great for reducing pinched nerve pain, swelling and stiffness. Ice massage and cold stones (marble) help with inflammation, moving blood out of the area and balancing the body very quickly.
Hot Stone Massage $75
A unique bodyworks massage lasting 90 minutes that combines massage with the use and placement of smooth hot basalt lava stones. Clinically, it is the application of thermotherapy using deep penetrating heated stones to penetrate the muscles and aids in working out the tough knots. It provides a deeper level of relaxation.
Couples Massage $130
This is a great gift for that special occasion. What better way to say "I Love You", than to share this experience. Enjoy an hour of relaxation and rejuvenation with a loved one or close friend. With this massage each person receives your own special attention at the same time. These sessions can be customized. *Special booking requirements necessary, two therapists needed. *
Body Polish $75
This 90 minute treatment begins with body scrub using a sugar body polish to gently slough away dead skin cells and open pores. Then a body wash is applied to further cleanse your skin. All of this is followed by a rich moisturizer, leaving your skin smooth, renewed and refreshed. Lastly a half hour upper body massage is included to complete this a great treatment. Recommended time to have this treatment done is each change of season.
Paraffin Dip Foot/Hand Treatment $10 - $25
This treatment will make your hands, feet or elbows feel wonderful. It softens and re-moisturizes your body. It's great for dry, chapped hands and elbows! Paraffin helps to rejuvenate the skin, and it also helps with arthritis, joint pain, muscle spasm, inflammation and more. Add a whirlpool foot massage for an extra treat while your hands are being pampered.
Fertility Massage $80
This 90 minute massage is designed as a procedure to increase a couple’s potential to conceive. It can only be performed at a certain time during a woman’s cycle and may have to be repeated more than once. The purpose of this massage is to cleanse the body and align and balance the hormones through the use of Reflexology and other specialized techniques and topical ointments. Reflexology plays an important role with this massage.
Pre and Peri Natal Massage $65
This one hour plus massage is designed to help the expectant mother cope with the structural and emotional changes she is experiencing during her pregnancy. The Prenatal massage is performed with the mother-to-be lying in the side-lying position. Many areas of discomfort are addressed by relieving her aches and pains while providing an overall sense of relaxation. The Peri Natal massage helps reduce the labor time, healing process and postpartum depression.
Post Partum Massage $65
This one hour plus massage focuses on releasing and re-aligning the body after the birthing experience. The massage involves the use of hot oil packs and hot stones to help with the healing process. This gentle yet effective massage helps to improve your overall wellness with the use of various techniques and relaxation methods.
Reflexology $10 - $15
This is a 30 minute pressure point massage focusing on reflex zones to stimulate contractions or to help start labor.
Infant Massage $80
This one hour massage is actually taught to the parents or caregivers of the infant and not performed on the infant by the Massage Therapist. This massage enhances the bonding process which is so vital for the family to do. A baby doll is used to demonstrate the specialized techniques to the family while they massage the baby.
On-site Chair Massage $15/15Minutes. 4 participants minimum
This powerful yet convenient massage is done on-site and most often incorporated through your workplace wellness program. It not only boosts morale but offers very valuable health benefits such as relieving muscle pain and stiffness, tension headaches, physical and mental stress and much more.
